I decided to write about this topic based on a discussion I have had about how to be a good tester. There are many people who believe that software testing is easy and can be done by anyone. However, teams of developers, analysts, … etc. strive to have good team members. The same should apply to testing team. We really need to have good testers in the team. However, why don’t we run the extra mile and look for better testers to be in our testing team?! Also, Why don’t testers move ahead and look forward to be better testers?!
